Thank you for shopping with Hamid Stationer. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the order, only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item has a genuine issue

Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Mandatory Proof for Damaged or Wrong Items

To claim a return for damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  • A clear video must be recorded while opening the parcel.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The shipping label
    • The product condition after opening

Without a proper parcel opening video, we will not be able to process the claim.

Photos alone may not be sufficient in certain cases.


3. Condition for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Customized or printed items
  • Bulk discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Items returned without proper proof

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Share the parcel opening video and issue details.
  4. Wait for approval from our support team.

Do not return any product without confirmation from our team.


6. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds may be issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Original payment method
    • Store credit (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


7. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the difference.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
